You really do make a great point and I genuinely appreciate your honest thoughts here. YT is both a goldmine and a graveyard. And yeah I’ve posted lots of videos at this point. The thing is, up until recently, I never gave any effort toward researchand appropriate titling and thumbnails. But if it weren’t for one of my vids popping off a couple months ago I’d still be at 700 some subs. All it takes is one video to start opening up the doors to new viewers and subs. But regardless it’ll always be an up/down kinda thing. If making YT vids is enjoyable for you and you appreciate even the small views at first, it’s just a matter of time. I appreciate your honest thoughts and truthfully THATS what ppl connect with. So keep doing your thing and consider me a resource for whatever you may need. Happy to support how and when I can! It’s a tricky, yet non-skippable chapter in the journey man. NONE of us get to skip past it and honestly…. We need the early hurdles. Cause if not, the ones up ahead will utterly destroy a person. @@gwcpas I’m always open to that, but outside of my direct sphere of people I’d have to be pretty manual with the approach. Which if that’s required, doing so online opens up a way bigger amount of candidates. I may not be 100% accurate on that, but that’s been my thinking on that at least. I appreciate your feedback on that though! You bring up a really good point! 🙂

​@@the_evanshank I'm talking about something entirely manual, something you couldn't do online. At one point, I walked into 30 businesses in one day to ask about their accounting. Faced a lot of rejection, but picked up two clients from it. We used to have a 50 coffee meetings in 50 days tactic that produced real results too. There's something about meeting someone in person, hearing you could drive leads online to their brick and mortar, that might make for an easier sale. And businesses that might hesitate to spend $1000 online spend that without a thought in person (and more). Just a thought. I remember the early days, feeling like nothing I was doing could make someone fill out my inquiry form. I found a combination of in person and online worked best. Especially for a fast conversion while building an engine.

Bob, I really feel you on this one.. genuinely. The whole thing can be a serious a**whooping - over and over. At some point, for the 99.8% of us that don't hit it big from little effort, we have to reckon with the reality that it's a rollercoaster that not only makes you want to throw up, but also allows you incredible picturesque views too. I've had to divorce myself from the expectation that any particular video (or business venture for that matter) will be 'THE ONE' that turns the tides on my favor. Similar to you, even if NOTHING goes 'right' and this documentation of my journey is all I have to show for it - it's worth more than gold for my sons, especially when I'm not longer around. Keep the faith, and create unapologetically! 💪😁

Hey I really appreciate the kind words and encouragement Jovon! You gotta treat the whole thing like a game and lock into the joy that comes from the process itself. As for these vlogs, I really want to document the journey of Content Juice in a way that is both useful to others and brutally honest for the sake of establishing genuine connections w good people. If I think about the channel just like network TV... the Building the Brand series is a simply a show that plays alongside other shows on the channel - at least how I see it! haha Thanks again for the comment brother. 🙂
